Return Policy

At The Science Classroom, we take pride in the quality of our products. Because each item is made to order, we only accept returns or replacements for items that arrive damaged or defective.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives with a defect, misprint, or damage, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. Once reviewed, we will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Normal wear and tear

Please double-check sizing and product details before placing your order.

How to Request a Replacement

Email us at thescienceclassroom.org@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos of the defective item

We will respond within 1–2 business days.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.  15% restocking fee.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, details on how to return the item will be provided. You will pay for shipping the item back for the return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
